Citizen Assembly

Composed of all of the citizens of Argot that can fit in the building, the Citizen Assembly is the legislative body of the City-State, considering all legislation put forward by any citizen on a weekly basis, including treaty ratifications, declarations of war, and other international dealings.

The bureaucracy is delegated to the City Council, chosen by lot.

The citizen assembly also selects by lot

• Clerks
• Judges

and by vote

• The Ten Generals
• Treasurer
• City Attorney

to execute all laws put forth by the Assembly.
